Hi All,
We currently have a credit-bearing EPA module at the end of the Apprenticeship, but are due to revalidate next year and wondered if anyone has an integrated model, where the EPA assessments are carried within modules during the course.

Hi Nicky,
This is an interesting idea but I think the apprenticeship regulations would prevent this. Students need to take the end point assessment after they have completed 160 credits on their programme and met the other gateway criteria. What would be entirely appropriate is that preparation for the EPA is carried out within the modules during the course - so producing case studies, and developing the skills for practice change aspect of the assessment.
