I am currently Associate Professor Advanced Practice at London South Bank University and Course Director for our PgDip/MSc Advanced Clinical Practice.

I chaired the first seminar for UK NP education representatives in 2001 and have been on the Committee ever since. I was elected Chair in April 2016 for a two-year tenure. I have been part of UKCC, NMC and Department of Health (England) groups to establish standards for advanced nursing education and practice.
